Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to applicants and licensees via phone and written correspondence.
• Verify professional education and experience for eligibility determinations.
• Audit continuing education courses and providers for compliance.
• Determine eligibility for initial and Reactivation licensure and certification.
• Answer inquiries about applications and Board requirements.
• Maintain official certification records and input data into the system.
