Job summary

ClearOne Advantage is seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to assist with endpoint setup, hardware deployment, and user onboarding. You will work closely with Systems Administrators to manage access provisioning across critical business applications and maintain inventory and SOPs.

The role is remote-friendly but requires local presence in the Greater Baltimore area for on-site equipment handling and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on IT experience.
• 1+ years as Associate Systems Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage support tickets from intake to resolution in Jira Service Management.
• Assist with endpoint setup, hardware deployment, and onboarding of new agents.
• Provision and manage user access across SaaS apps (Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft 365).
• Maintain documentation and SOPs to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Systems Administrators on on-site hardware handling.
