Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Installments card business with strategy development and roadmap execution.
• Oversee development of new installments card products, features and benefits.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention with data-informed test-and-learn strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage risk frameworks.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing product team and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee portfolio financials, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Develop and manage external partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
