AlphaGov is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) expertise to independently manage the estimating process for commercial and industrial projects. The role covers reviewing drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, and developing competitive bid proposals.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in construction estimating, with 3–5 years IMP estimating preferred, and strong Excel/estimating software skills.

Formación

• 3–7 years of construction estimating experience.
• 3–5 years of direct Insulated Metal Panel (IMP) estimating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and bid documents.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for commercial/industrial projects with IMP systems.
• Review drawings, specifications and bid documents to determine scope, materials and installation details.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and calculate labor, material, equipment and installation costs.
