Formación

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience in a clinic, ASC, hospital, or physician practice.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred: Purchasing or procurement experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare supply chain experience.
• Preferred: Accounts payable or invoice reconciliation experience.
• Preferred: Inventory management experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare practice management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Purchasing & Procurement: handle purchase orders and supplier relationships.
• Process service and material purchase orders efficiently.
• Support clinics, labs, and surgery centers across states.
• Source materials, services, and replacement equipment; obtain vendor quotes.
• Compare pricing and negotiate where appropriate.
• Coordinate online website-based purchases and recurring orders.
• Track order status through delivery and updates.
• Service Coordination: review, schedule, and manage service requests.
• Obtain estimates and vendor quotes; coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Track timelines and completion; follow up on delays.
• Maintain supplier records and update vendor contacts.
• Track vendor contracts and renewal dates.
• Assist with sourcing initiatives and special projects; support contract administration.
• Inventory & Receiving: perform receiving, verify pricing, maintain accuracy.
• Travel 0-5% for on-site checks; ensure proper documentation.
• Purchase Order Management: audit requisitions and approvals; monitor pending PO activity.
• Invoice Reconciliation: pre-match invoices to POs; resolve discrepancies.
