You will lead a team of integration engineers, serve as Guidewire SME from pre-sales through delivery, and shape SDLC practices while coordinating with QA and training end users.

Travel within the US is possible and some telecommuting may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Engineering, IT or related field with 5+ years in large-scale insurance transformations.
• At least 3 years as software lead, guiding teams through SDLC and cloud transformation.
• Must hold Guidewire ACE Certification at Garmisch level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze and architect large-scale Guidewire-enabled transformations for insurance products.
• Lead integration engineers as Guidewire SME from pre-sales to delivery and mentor staff.
• Bridge sales and delivery, manage risk, and set engineering standards for future releases.
• Coordinate with QA and train end users on new systems and enhancements.
• Projects span across the US; telecommuting may be possible in some cases.
