Job summary

A leading IT consultancy is seeking an experienced Guidewire Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter. The ideal candidate will lead architecture and design for Guidewire implementations, ensuring best practices and performance. Required qualifications include 8-12 years of IT experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and proven experience in the P&C Insurance domain. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise implementations.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of IT experience with significant Guidewire exposure.
• Experience with Guidewire integrations, APIs, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter implementations.
• Provide technical leadership across Guidewire development and integration teams.
• Design scalable and high-performance Guidewire solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Support production issues, performance tuning, and system optimization.

Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter

Proven experience as a Guidewire Architect / Senior Technical Lead

Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education
