Manning Kass is seeking an Associate with at least two years of civil litigation experience to join our Governmental Entity Team/Police Team. The role focuses on representing public entities in matters ranging from dangerous condition claims to educational law and officer liability, with daily collaboration with lead attorneys through all phases of litigation.

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions.

• Evaluate, analyze, and execute litigation strategies with counsel guidance.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.
