Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Packaging and Labeling Manager to lead artwork development and execution at the packaging site. You will manage internal artwork change controls and coordinate with regulatory labeling, supply chain, and QA to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• 4+ years of relevant pharmaceutical artwork/regulatory experience.
• Experience with artwork management systems and copy editing is desired.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Control artwork changes from initiation through implementation with formal processes.
• Create and update artwork BOMs for internal QA disposition of products.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Labeling, Supply Chain, MFS&T, QA to ensure artwork meets requirements.
• Lead artwork change controls from assessment to site implementation.
• Collaborate with external graphics agencies to ensure timely, high-quality artwork.
