Job summary

Oklo seeks a senior maintenance program engineer to own and drive fleet maintenance standards across its facilities. You will develop maintenance strategies, establish data governance, and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

The role requires 10+ years in nuclear maintenance, strong writing and cross‑functional leadership, and travel up to 50% with remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of nuclear industry experience.
• Experience in maintenance scheduling and leadership.
• Strong understanding of interfacing Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement fleet maintenance program framework for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Develop maintenance strategies using equipment data, criticality, and operating experience.
• Translate strategies into PM tasks, frequencies, and job plans with traceability.
• Lead data governance for CMMS/EAM and asset hierarchies across facilities.
• Drive standardization while accommodating site-specific needs.
