• Provides guidance to subordinates in resolving administrative and technical problems; advises management officials of higher rank.
• Reviews and approves serious disciplinary actions involving non-supervisory subordinates.
• Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and arranges for needed development and training.
• Hears and resolves group grievances or serious employee complaints.
• Supervisory duties include strategic leadership and directing subordinate supervisors and teams.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates work across units by setting priorities and allocating resources.
