Qualifications

• Experience implementing and managing equal opportunity/non-discrimination programs.
• Ability to write fact-finding reports and evaluate investigations.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with non-discrimination regulations; conduct fact-finding investigations and write reports.
• Develop and conduct training for the non-discrimination program; present at leadership meetings.
• Coordinate with HR managers on issues overlapping with FMLA, PPL, ADA, and Employee Relations.
