Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation seeks an Equal Opportunity Program Manager to implement and manage the agency's non-discrimination program in compliance with federal and state laws.

The role includes guiding and training on program requirements, leading fact-finding investigations, and collaborating with HR on related employee matters. Remote work within Arizona may be possible based on department needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration or HR field, or 3-5 years in non-discrimination and supervision.
• Knowledge of federal/state non-discrimination regulations and EEOC guidance.
• Experience in equal employment opportunity and investigations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with Title VII, ADA, and FMLA regulations and policies.
• Conduct investigations, write fact-finding reports, provide guidance.
• Develop and deliver training on the non-discrimination program.
• Prepare EEOC statements and annual non-discrimination reports.
