Job summary

Bespoke Labs Inc. is seeking a senior post-training specialist to stand up our enterprise capabilities.

You will ship production-grade models, build evaluation suites, curate datasets, and rigorously manage regression risks with enterprise stakeholders in mind. In this role, you will own the end-to-end post-training lifecycle, working directly with customers to translate requirements into measurable eval metrics and model behavior.

Qualifications

• Must have shipped at least one LLM to production and measured its success.
• Experience owning end-to-end evals, benchmarks, and metrics for complex tasks.
• Ability to explain how training new behaviors affects existing capabilities and prevent regression.
• Proven ability to collaborate with non-ML stakeholders, product managers, or customers.
• Strong fundamentals in modern post-training frameworks, data pipelines, and production code.
• Demonstrated ownership of the post-training lifecycle from data to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Ship enterprise-grade models post-train and align open-weight and proprietary bases for business domains.
• Build bespoke evaluation suites and calibrate LLM judges against domain experts.
• Curate and filter high-impact datasets with production traces, labeling, and synthetic augmentation.
• Manage and mitigate regression risk to prevent degradation of core capabilities.
• Engage with product and enterprise customers to translate requirements into model behavior.
• Deploy with cost and privacy targets and oversee toolchains for post-training workflows.
• Direct frontier tools and workflows to maximize output quality and delivery speed.
