Job summary

GoTo Meeting is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to drive the post-training of large language models focusing on reinforcement learning. You will own the full post-training stack, including continuous pre-training and supervised fine-tuning.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in training models and will work closely with product and business teams to deliver quick model improvements tailored to business needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM post-training.
• Ability to design data preparation plans.
• Comfortable with large-scale GPU hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-training of LLMs across the full pipeline.
• Design, build, and curate training data.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver model capabilities.
