Addison Group is seeking an SF Email Designer to execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social) and optimize customer journeys. You will collaborate across teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure campaign effectiveness through testing, analytics, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience with marketing platforms, HTML, SQL, and data-driven optimization, working both on-site and with remote components in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years managing email, SMS, and social media marketing programs.
• Experience using marketing automation and campaign management platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journey development, segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to improve campaign performance through data analysis and optimization.
