Job summary

Arizona Department of Transportation seeks a Customer Service Section Supervisor to lead the Central Title Production Unit and back up the Abandoned Vehicle Unit in Phoenix, AZ. Open to current ADOT employees. Remote-work option within Arizona based on business needs.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, policy interpretation, revenue handling, and data reporting. Requires two+ years in public service supervision and four+ years in motor vehicle customer service.

Qualifications

• Four years progressive Motor Vehicle customer service experience.
• Two or more years in a high visibility public contact setting.
• Two or more years as a supervisor in the public service environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Central Title Production Unit and back up the Abandoned Vehicle Unit.
• Provide courteous, accurate and timely service while interpreting statutes and policies.
• Manage personnel needs, interviewing, training, and evaluating staff; monitor performance and assign work.
• Oversee daily accounting, deposits and reporting; resolve complex customer issues and fraud-related inquiries.
