Job summary

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. in Norwalk, CT, seeks a Corporate Counsel to support a NYSE-listed group and its MAVAN subsidiary across SEC reporting, governance, and contract matters.

You will manage KYC/AML onboarding, intercompany arrangements, and commercial agreements, partnering with external counsel to navigate multi-jurisdictional regulatory regimes. The role offers ownership, autonomy, and a path to influence corporate strategy within a fast‑growing digital asset infrastructure

Qualifications

• JD with admission (or eligibility) to at least one US state bar (New York preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant corporate practice experience
• Familiarity with US securities laws and governance practices
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and vendor negotiations

Responsibilities

• Support SEC periodic and current reporting, governance, and disclosure controls
• Draft, negotiate, and monitor service agreements with institutional clients and vendors
• Conduct regulatory research across US and international jurisdictions relevant to digital assets
