The candidate will lead cross‑functional initiatives, maintain policies, and document procedures while supporting Tier 3 incidents and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize endpoint computing solutions (Intune, M365, Azure, VDI/DaaS).
• Develop and maintain automation for endpoint health, compliance, and remediation.
• Monitor endpoint performance and security; respond to incidents.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives for endpoint modernization and digital workplace transformation.
• Research, test, and document endpoint technologies and best practices.
• Configure and maintain endpoint policies with Intune, Group Policy, MECM/SCCM.
• Create technical docs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Oversee vulnerability and threat management tasks; drive automation.
• Provide Tier 3 support and collaborate with vendors and partners.
• Mentor others and contribute to knowledge sharing; ensure compliance with Bank policies.
• Deliver services per the Serving More standards; perform other duties as assigned.
