Qualifications

• Clinical Informatics experience and business analysis skills.
• Proficient with EMR/UI workflows and HL7 messaging.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EHR clinical analyst lead for clinical workflows.
• Lead complex analyses and communicate findings and remediation plans.
• Evaluate end-user workflows to optimize EHR usability and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve EHR issues through full resolution.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Create training materials and provide at-the-elbow support.
• Work with stakeholders to document and implement improvements.
