Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all facets of branch operations, sales, and service. You will coach staff, drive budgeted production, acquire new customers, and deepen existing relationships through proactive referrals and partnerships.

The role includes leading hiring, ensuring compliance, and managing branch performance in a community-focused environment with flexible work arrangements. Candidates with banking experience and leadership skills are preferred.

Formación

• 1+ year in goal-driven retail sales leadership.
• Background check and fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers; refer to other bank areas per OCR guidelines.
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Leverage tools to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies; educate team.
