The role includes coaching the team to achieve production goals, acquiring new customers, and deepening existing relationships while driving business through referrals to partner areas.

The position requires managing operations in a compliant, customer-focused manner and developing local community relationships to support growth and Huntington’s strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to drive branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and deepen relationships.
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to meet needs and build partnerships.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to ensure staffing aligned with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure adherence to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
