Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience: Two years in accounting with Word/Excel skills.
• Skills: Strong communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Process and code invoices, reimbursement requests, and cash receipts.
• Process, code and record receipting transactions.
• Print checks as assigned and mail them after preparation.
• Respond to shared mailboxes and maintain documentation for auditors.
• Ensure records comply with Salvation Army policies and deadlines.
• Email ACH payment information to vendors after approvals.
