Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service practices and techniques.
• English language for sentence structure, composition, content, spelling, and grammar.
• Administrative, office and clerical procedures.

Responsabilités

• Review and enter information to determine steps in standard work to place customers in workflow.
• Assist customers in uploading documents to their online accounts and submitting applications.
• Respond to difficult, time-sensitive complaints and escalate when needed.
• Provide eligibility information and support across channels.
• Issue EBT cards following policy and assist with voter registration requests.
