RI International is hiring a Guest Eligibility Specialist I for a remote crisis role requiring residence in Mountain Standard Time (Arizona preferred). Qualifications

• Must be accurate in collecting and entering guest information.
• Strong written and communication skills with providers, teams, and clients.
• Working knowledge of CMS guidelines and coding policies.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Review CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 codes and documentation to determine prior authorizations.
• Initiate, submit, and follow up on authorizations via payer portals; maintain authorization tracking.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with payers on status and trends.
