Job summary

Think Academy US recruits a full-time G1-G2 Math Teacher to deliver math instruction within a structured curriculum and training program. You will teach with guidance, contribute to student growth, and have opportunities to move into Grade Leader responsibilities, mentoring teachers and coordinating grade-level activities.

Onboarding starts September 2026 with teaching beginning October 2026. Expect 30-40 total hours weekly, including classes and admin work, with Bay Area relocation potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Strong math foundation and comfort with U.S. elementary math content or above.
• Fluent English instruction skills and ability to communicate clearly with parents and internal team members (Chinese or bilingual).
• Meaningful prior experience with young learners (tutoring, camp teaching, after-school programs, classroom teaching).
• Open to feedback and growth in teaching and service.

Responsibilities

• Teach G1-G2 math using curriculum, materials, and guidance.
• Lead virtual classes with engaging instruction and manage student attention.
• Grade homework, provide timely feedback, and communicate progress with parents.
• Understand lesson goals and common student sticking points.
• Participate in training, lesson prep, and ongoing professional development.
