Job summary

Think Academy US is hiring a full-time G1-G2 Math Teacher. You will teach with our structured curriculum, lead virtual classes, and provide progress updates to parents while growing into curriculum and leadership roles.

We offer paid training, performance-based raises, and a pathway to Grade Leader. Expect 30-40 hours weekly across teaching and admin tasks, with a requirement to start Sep 2026 and potential relocation to the Bay Area for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Strong math foundation aligned to U.S. Elementary School content.
• Comfortable communicating with parents and team in English; bilingual capability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach G1-G2 math using Think Academy curriculum and materials.
• Lead virtual classes with engaging instruction and classroom energy.
• Grade homework, provide timely feedback, and communicate progress to parents.
• Understand lesson goals and address student sticking points beyond slides.
• Participate in training, lesson prep, and ongoing professional development.
