Job summary

ECPI University is seeking an online adjunct faculty member to teach undergraduate Electronics Engineering Technology programs. The role welcomes industry professionals; no prior teaching experience is required as training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support are provided.

Programs include ABET-accredited Electronic Systems Engineering Technology with Mechatronics and Electronics concentrations. Courses run in five-week terms; candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support busy

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field with 18 graduate hours in the discipline
PhD in Electrical Engineering is preferred
Experience with Multisim and LabVIEW; familiarity with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs
Familiarity with CAD software
3–5 years industry experience in electrical/manufacturing engineering; 7+ years preferred
Experience must be within last 5 years
Mechatronics background in control systems, instrumentation and measurements, and mechanical systems

Teach in undergraduate Electronics Engineering Technology programs
