Job summary
Uptime Crew is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to lead our Electrical Technician program on a remote, part-time basis. You will guide learners through a structured curriculum online and in live sessions, mentoring them to become job-ready technicians in electrical theory, safety, and distribution systems.

Qualifications
- Licensed electrician credential or equivalent trade certification.
- 7+ years hands-on electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or manufacturing environments.
- Training, mentoring, or consulting experience preferred.
- Experience with NFPA 70E and arc flash safety.
- Ability to explain complex electrical concepts to early-career learners.
Responsibilities
- Guide learner development throughout the program and monitor progress.
- Develop and refine curriculum with the training team.
- Deliver live virtual instruction on electrical basics and safety.
- Provide detailed feedback on assignments and assessments.
- Support learners via Teams and one-on-one calls as needed.
- Share real-world industry practices and workplace expectations.
