Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to support modular construction projects and data center infrastructure.

You will collaborate with project managers, field crews, vendors and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality and safety standards. The role requires a Project Engineering license/certification, 5+ years in a relevant field, and strong knowledge of NEC standards and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Project Engineering license/certification with ability to sign, seal and certify plans/reports
• 5+ years in commercial electrical or modular construction project support
• Strong NEC knowledge and understanding of distribution systems and data centers
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead/support in project coordination and change management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute electrical construction plans for modular projects and data centers
• Review electrical drawings, schematics, and specs
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues
• Track approved submittals and coordinate with Project Team
• Prepare backup documentation for change requests
• Complete project close-out documents per contract
• Distribute contract documents to subcontractors and vendors
• Solicit proposals from subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare correspondence with clients and design teams
• Foster effective communications with team members, vendors and clients
• Monitor schedules and budgets, provide updates and forecasts
• Ensure NEC compliance and local codes
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned
