Job summary

Krones Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical Installation Project Manager to oversee electrical installations from planning through completion, coordinating site activities, reviewing drawings, and ensuring safety standards.

This remote role requires up to 90–100% travel domestically and internationally. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years leading construction sites, with an associate degree in mechatronics or electrical engineering.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• 2–5 years leading construction sites.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical contractors on site.
• Provide guidance regarding the contractor scope and ensure all work meets Krones quality standards.
• Daily reporting of site conditions, quality issues, and delays.
• Training of contractors when necessary, where to locate information provided by Krones Engineering.
• Verification of inventory management by electrical contractor of Krones provided installation materials.
• Partner with Supplier Development Engineering Electrical to resolve repetitive quality issues and resolution.
• Perform testing protocols for machines and complete lines along with completing required documentation.
• Duty of disclosure to Krones project management and Supplier Development Engineering for issues and escalations.
