TalentCompass is seeking an Electrical Installation Supervisor to lead on-site electrical installation projects in the United States, coordinating company staff and subcontractors to keep work on track.

You will ensure compliance with NEC and NEIS, maintain safety standards per OSHA, and work with the Controls and Onsite Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a state electrician license, 3+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license, with travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• State-issued electrician license or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical installation, industrial equipment, and machine-build wiring.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site electrical installation activities, coordinating company staff and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Partner with the Controls Project Manager and Onsite Manager to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage installation schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors while resolving on-site challenges and keeping projects on track.
• Drive installation quality by identifying and resolving issues, while providing guidance and training to staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all installation activities comply with OSHA and other applicable safety standards.
