Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational expertise in one or more core areas: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, or electromagnetics.
• Able to communicate highly technical concepts clearly in written form.
• Exceptional attention to detail when working with mathematical equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in an async environment.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design Challenging Problems — Create advanced electrical engineering problems across domains like circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, and electromagnetics to rigorously test AI performance
• Author Ground‑Truth Solutions — Write precise, step‑by‑step technical solutions that serve as benchmarks for AI learning and model evaluation
• Audit Technical Accuracy — Review AI‑generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for correctness, safety, and adherence to engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
• Refine AI Reasoning — Identify flaws in AI logic and provide structured feedback to improve how models approach and solve engineering tasks
• Stress‑Test the Model — Probe AI responses on topics like embedded systems, signal processing, control systems, robotics, and engineering simulations — documenting every failure mode
