Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts or clashes using clash detection tools.
Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the 3D model.
Ensuring the BIM model remains current with design changes.
Working closely with project managers and engineers.
Providing 3D visualizations and clash reports.
Skills
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, Navisworks)
Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models
Understanding of construction methods and terminology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze and interpret design information
Attention to detail
Ability to create/modify basic Revit families
