Qualifications

• Proficient in BIM software with experience in 3D modeling.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Able to create/modify basic Revit families.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between building components.
