This position involves creating accurate BIM models, integrating multidisciplinary design data, and performing clash detection. Proficiency in BIM software like Revit and excellent communication skills are essential. Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
• Sound understanding of construction methods and building codes.
• Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
• Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the 3D model.
• Maintaining the BIM model with design changes and project updates.
• Collaboration with project teams to ensure design alignment.
