Qualifications
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
Sound understanding of construction methods and building codes.
Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.
Responsibilities
Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations from the 3D model.
Maintaining the BIM model with design changes and project updates.
Collaboration with project teams to ensure design alignment.
