Comfort Systems USA is hiring a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician to support construction and engineering teams. This role involves creating and maintaining 3D BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary design data, and performing clash detection. Successful candidates will have proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and strong communication skills. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from the Lexington, KY HQ or Greenville, SC office.

Formación

• Proficient in using Revit and other BIM software to create and maintain 3D models.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, terminology, and building codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrate design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identify and resolve spatial conflicts between building components.

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit

Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
