Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
• Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Sound understanding of construction methods, terminology, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret design information.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to create/modify basic Revit families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts or clashes between components.
• Generating drawings, schedules, and visualizations to support construction.
• Ensuring the BIM model remains current with design changes.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and construction PMs.
• Providing 3D visualizations and clash reports to aid decision-making.

Skills
