Responsibilities include creating detailed 3D models, performing clash detection, and collaborating with project teams. Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
• Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Sound understanding of construction methods and terminology, building codes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrating design information into the 3D model.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts using clash detection tools.
• Generating drawings and visualizations from the 3D model.
• Ensuring the BIM model remains current with design changes.
• Working closely with project teams for alignment of digital designs.
