Job summary

The role involves advanced 3D modeling, clash detection, and generating construction documentation. Candidates must have proficiency in BIM software and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Evolve, ACC, Solidworks, or Navisworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze and interpret design information is required.

Responsibilities

• Creating and updating detailed 3D models of electrical systems using BIM software.
• Integrating design information from various disciplines into the 3D model.
• Identifying and resolving spatial conflicts between different building components.

Skills

Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit

Ability to create detailed 2D drawings from 3D models

Sound understanding of construction methods and terminology

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Attention to detail

Ability to create/modify basic Revit families

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
