American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) seeks an experienced eLearning Associate to design, develop, and maintain AIHA's online learning portfolio including webinars, online conferences, and OnDemand recordings. You will work with SMEs, create prototypes and storyboards, and apply ADDIE/SAM approaches to deliver high-quality learning products.

Collaborate with SMEs to identify gaps, define objectives, and set learner expectations.
Create prototypes, storyboards, and design documents communicating design rationale.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and author highly effective eLearning products for AIHA's portfolio.
Collaborate with SMEs to conduct needs analyses and define objectives.
Create prototypes, storyboards, and design documentation to communicate design.
Apply instructional strategies based on content, learners, and platforms.
Develop design plans with timelines and resource needs.
Utilize ADDIE, SAM, and design thinking models.
Manage volunteer SMEs and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
Transform technical content into engaging learner-centered experiences.
Analyze learner feedback and data to improve programs.
Stay informed on new technologies impacting learning content.
Assist in planning, pricing, promotion, and evaluation of online education products.
