Job summary

LMR Technical Group is seeking an eLearning Developer at Hurlburt Field, FL. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement interactive digital learning products that support Special Tactics training within the DoD.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology, a minimum of five years of related experience, and must possess a current Secret clearance. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), and a continuing education reimbursement program.

  • Minimum five years experience in instructional technology for DoD.

Overview

The eLearning Developer supports the modernization of Special Tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop online learning modules
  • Design multimedia instructional products
  • Support learning management systems
  • Create digital assessments
  • Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
  • Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
  • Minimum five years supporting DoD instructional technology programs
