Job summary

SchoolKit is seeking an ELA or Math Specialist to lead development of training and content resources for K-12 educators. You will collaborate with staff, coach teams of contractors, and work with clients to deliver training and coaching that supports high-quality instructional materials.

This remote role requires expertise in pedagogy, content areas, and managing multiple work streams, with 20–30% travel for onsite work and events across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years teaching K-12 ELA or mathematics, with 2+ years as an instructional leader.
• Deep knowledge of ELA/literacy or mathematics content and evidence-based practices.
• Experience with standards-aligned instruction and materials.
• Experience designing and delivering teacher/leader trainings.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and align training with project goals.
• Manage training work streams and timelines across multiple projects.
• Own training vision and design role-specific trainings for teachers and leaders.
• Develop content resources like frameworks, case studies, and coaching plans.
• Train and coach team members to deliver trainings and develop resources.
• Collect client feedback and tailor deliverables to needs.
• Facilitate adult learning experiences for educators.
• Coach school leaders and teachers to implement high-quality materials.
• Coordinate project logistics with team, clients, and partners.
