Qualifications

• 3+ years as a K-12 ELA/literacy or math teacher, with 2+ years in instructional leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of instructional practices and college/career-ready standards.
• Experience in designing and delivering training for teachers or leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and manage training projects.
• Design role-specific trainings and content-specific resources.
• Train and coach team members to deliver training effectively.
