GE Vernova is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to lead safety on complex construction projects, from new installations to EPC and turnkey scopes. You will be on the front lines of safety, developing a small on-site team and driving high-performance safety culture across stakeholders.

The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin, strong electrical safety knowledge, and experience with PTW/LOTO. This is a 24-month fixed-term role with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in EHS and construction project safety management.
• OSHA Safety Manager Class B or above certification (Taiwan regulatory requirement).
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification or local equivalent.
• Strong electrical safety knowledge and PTW/LOTO experience.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Willingness to work night shifts as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day EHS operations on construction project sites, including new installations, rehab, and EPC/turnkey scopes.
• Manage and develop a small on-site EHS team, including staffing decisions and coaching.
• Drive implementation of PTW and LOTO programmes with compliance to GE Vernova standards and local regulations.
• Engage and influence project stakeholders to embed a high-performance safety culture.
• Monitor and report EHS performance using corporate digital tools and propose practical solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with national legislation, GE Vernova policy, and international standards.
