Job summary

Health & Safety Program Manager / Securitas Security / Dallas, TX. Remote role, must reside in the US, with 25% travel. You will lead Environmental Health & Safety programs, partner with clients, and drive risk management for datacenter environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional safety certifications (such as CSP, ASP, CHST) are preferred.
• Experience with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and OSHA or similar regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for EHS duties in the region, aligning with client expectations and Securitas standards.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and applicable rules are followed; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop framework strategies for the EHS team and drive process improvements.
• Manage incident response and remote incident management for injuries; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate client communications, present EHS performance and risk findings to senior stakeholders.
• Utilize Power BI and Excel to create and maintain EHS dashboards and reporting.
