Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Workflow Solutions to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of provider-facing workflow products through Humana's EHR Channel.

You will drive adoption, define product direction, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for providers and enterprise stakeholders. The role focuses on Claims Status, Happy Together with Health Plans, and emerging products, with a multi-year vision and KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, healthcare technology, interoperability, or related experience.
• 2+ years of experience with EHR platforms, provider technology, or interoperability solutions.
• Experience developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with complex technology products and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Claims Status, Happy Together with Health Plans, and emerging products.
• Define a multi-year vision and growth strategy for assigned products.
• Establish product KPIs and measure business outcomes.
• Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve provider workflow integration.
• Partner with Product Owners to translate strategy into executable work.
• Collaborate with EHR vendors to optimize product capabilities and adoption.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value and strategic objectives.
• Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance results to leadership.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and business value realization.
