Job summary

Cantata Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage EHR software implementation projects remotely. You will coordinate planning, design, and execution across project teams, report status, and ensure milestones are met within budget. Travel to client sites up to 25% may be required.

Strong communication, Microsoft Project, and Excel skills are essential for success. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management, preferably with EHR experience, and may hold PMP

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably with EHR implementations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Able to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Healthcare environments require organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates EHR projects and ensures milestones are met with plans and timetables.
• Maintains relationships with customers, team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitors implementations, escalates issues, and ensures standardized PM practices.
• Serves as liaison between sponsors, teams, and external groups for deployment success.
• Interprets situations and makes independent decisions on action.
