Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in EHR reporting or healthcare data analysis.
• Experience with SQL queries and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of California behavioral health reporting requirements, HL7 or FHIR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational reporting needs and develop technical reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, queries, and data collection tools.
• Optimize report performance through query analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support EHR system configuration, testing, validation, and implementation projects.
• Develop testing scenarios, document findings, and track issue resolution.
• Analyze and resolve complex system, workflow, and reporting issues.
• Support State of California and DHCS reporting requirements.
• Develop and support data integration processes between EHR and external systems.
• Lead or support EHR-related projects and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify operational trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding system functionality.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
