Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with maintaining and vendor-managed software, testing, upgrades, and configurations.
• Experience communicating software configuration with stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with users to troubleshoot application issues.
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare analytics reporting.

Responsabilités

• Implement, maintain, and configure EHR-related projects for health services teams.
• Optimize and test EHR workflows and provider, nursing, and pharmacy modules.
• Lead reporting via Discern analytics and SAP Business Objects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
